Why is the Earth getting warmer? If you look into it, the process is basically the following:
1. The Sun emits some of its radiations towards the Earth;
2. Those radiations enter the Earth’s atmosphere;

One of the solutions proposed by the scientific community was the placement of giant mirrors surrounding the planet. That way, some sunlight wouldn’t pierce atmosphere, thus fighting against global warming. Just imagine the change it would be for someone who would go to outer space and watch Earth, not as a blue planet, but as a shining planet.
These kinds of bioengineering projects at a world-wide scale have been considered absurd, but now, with a rapidly increasing world crisis coming our way, they are starting to be considered as a possible solution.
